Valley Forge Fabrics, Inc. (“Valley Forge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and retain your personal data when you visit or use our website (www.valleyforge.com) (“the Site”) and related services (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you accept this Policy and consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described herein.

1. What This Privacy Policy Covers

This Policy covers personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we collect when you use or access our Services. It does not apply to practices by third parties that we do not control or manage.

We gather various types of Personal Information, and use it to operate and improve our Services, manage user accounts, contact you, fulfill requests, and analyze usage, among other purposes.

Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

2. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Site, sending an email to address on file, or by other means before the changes become effective. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy notes the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Services after policy updates constitutes your acceptance of the changes. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and reviewing the Policy regularly.

3. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

We collect information you directly provide, such as:

Your name, company name, email address, mailing address, and phone number (for account registration, contact forms, service requests).

Account credentials (username, password) when you sign up or access the design library.

Preferences or other information you choose to provide to improve your experience.

Communications, messages, or content you send to us via forms or support channels.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you interact with our Services, we collect certain information automatically:

Your IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, and other technical metadata.

The pages or features that you request, timestamps, referrer data, and usage statistics.

Cookies, web beacons, pixel tags or identifiers that enable us to recognize your browser or device, measure site activity, and for analytics. (We place cookies only with consent, and you may withdraw or change cookie consent via the “cookies” link on our Site.)

Information about your usage patterns over time and across domains, when permitted.

C. Information from Third Parties

We may obtain limited information from third parties, such as analytics providers, host services, or partners, consistent with applicable law and this Policy.

4. Use of Your Personal Information

We use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide, maintain, and operate our Services (including enabling design library access).

To respond to your inquiries, requests, or support issues.

To personalize and improve the Services, features, and user experience.

To analyze site usage, trends, and aggregate statistics.

To send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional communications (when permitted).

To fulfill the purposes for which you provided the information.

To detect, prevent, or mitigate fraud, security risks, or other harmful activities.

To comply with legal obligations or enforce our rights.

We do not use your Personal Information for automatic decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Sharing of Personal Information

We share your Personal Information in the following ways:

Contractors / Service Providers: We share information with third parties who help us operate our business (e.g., IT, hosting, email delivery, analytics). These parties are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and only use the data for purposes we specify.

Affiliated Businesses: In connection with joint services or offers, we may share information with affiliated companies—only as needed to support the transaction.

Successors / Business Transfers: If we reorganize, sell, or merge, your data may be transferred to a buyer or successor entity.

Anonymized / Aggregated Data: We may anonymize or aggregate your data to remove personal identifiers and share such data freely (e.g. for analytics).

To the Extent You Consent: If you direct us to share your data with others (e.g. to a third party representative), we will do so.

Legal / Safety Reasons: We may access, preserve, and disclose your data to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights, safety, or property, or respond to legal process.

We do not sell your Personal Information.

6. Data Security & Your Responsibility

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

Encrypting data in transit and (where applicable) at rest.

Access control and role-based permissions.

Secure infrastructure, firewalls, logging, and security monitoring.

Vendor contracts and confidentiality obligations.

Periodic security audits and staff training.

However, no system is perfectly secure. Transmission over the internet poses some risk, and any information you send us is transmitted at your own risk.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, logging out in shared settings, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Access, Correction, Deletion, etc.

You may access and update your account information through the Site.

You may request deletion of your Personal Information (which often entails deleting your account).

In certain jurisdictions (e.g. EEA), you may request restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing.

If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).

Requests may be submitted via our Contact page or by email. We may require identity verification. We will comply unless a legal exception applies (e.g., retention required by law).

Email & Marketing

If you consent or subscribe, we may send you marketing or promotional emails.

To stop receiving marketing messages, you may unsubscribe via links in emails or by contacting us at TechPM@valleyforge.com.

Opt-out does not apply to service or transactional messages (e.g. account changes, legal notices).

8. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information as follows:

While your account is active.

After account closure or inactivity, as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our rights, maintain backup systems, or for aggregated/anonymized use.

Data stored in backups may persist for periods defined in our disaster recovery procedures.

Any data stripped of identifiers (aggregated/anonymized) may be kept indefinitely.

9. Cross-Border Transfers

Your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries whose data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction. We use contractual safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) and other legally required protections for transfers outside your region.

By using our Services, you consent to such transfer under the protections in this Policy.

10. State & International Disclosures

California & Other U.S. States

Certain U.S. state laws (e.g. California’s CCPA/CPRA) afford additional rights—such as the right to access, delete, or limit certain processing of your data, to opt-out of “sales” or “sharing,” and non-discrimination rights. We do not sell your Personal Information. If cross-context behavioral advertising / “sharing” is enabled, you may opt out via the cookie controls or email request.

We may impose reasonable fees or decline excessive requests, subject to applicable law.

EEA / UK

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK:

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent.

You may require us to limit or delete your data unless we have another lawful basis to retain it.

You have the right to request a copy of any Data Protection Agreement (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) used for international transfers.

11. Cookies & Tracking Technologies / “Do Not Track”

We use cookies and similar technologies, placing them only with your consent. You may change or withdraw your cookie consent via our “cookies” link. You may also adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies (which may degrade functionality).

We currently do not honor “Do Not Track” browser signals. We may use automated technologies (e.g. analytics, beacons, pixels) to track usage, site performance, and email campaign effectiveness.

We may customize content or marketing based on usage data where permitted.

12. Exercising Your Rights (How to Submit Requests)

Submit a Request by contacting us via the Contact page or email TechPM@valleyforge.com.

Verify Identity — we may request supplementary information to verify you.

We will respond within applicable legal timeframes (e.g. 30–45 days).

If we deny a request, we will explain the reason and whether you may appeal.

Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proper proof of authorization.

If you submit repetitive or unfounded requests, we may charge a reasonable fee (subject to maximums under the law).

13. Additional Provisions
