The Valley Forge Commitment to Excellence Award is a recognition determined by Valley Forge Directors and top executive management. Employees who have been with the company more than 3 years, who hold a positive HR Record for the past year and who are not yet at the managerial level are considered.
This award is given in recognition of excellent attendance and punctuality, always having a positive attitude, being a team player, a role model and a mentor. In addition, the winner must always exhibit professionalism, growth and accomplishment, and going above and beyond on a regular basis.
